Alex Woodcraft – MD, Retrofit co-ordinator, green roof installer

Alex is one of the most experienced retrofit co-ordinators in the country. He is TrustMark registered and fully qualified to the PAS 2035 retrofit standard with the Retrofit Academy Alex has also completed the Level 3 diploma in retrofitting traditional buildings.
Alex works with householders helping them improve their properties energy efficiency, reduce overheating and adding extra biodiversity around their homes.
Alex has also worked on a number of projects with Retrofitworks to provide retrofit co-ordinator services including working on the Ecofurb scheme in London, Cosy Homes in Oxfordshire and the GLA warmer homes project with over 250 installations providing small scale interventions to improve the energy efficiency of their houses. More recently he has been supporting installers such as Force Maintenance team on external wall insulation helping with the specification of details for the project, checking quality and lodging completed projects with Trustmark.
Alex is our green roof expert and has installed hundreds of square metres of green roofs across London.

Jacqueline Finn – Retrofit co-ordinator

Jacqueline has worked in the construction sector since 2019. Her career began as a Retrofit Installer operating under the PAS 2030:2019 standard. She has gained expertise and knowledge of the interaction between the building fabric and insulation materials used, whilst maintaining the heritage of the building. Jacqueline has the ability to manage detailed projects, such as: large scale retrofitting for over 300 properties, whilst delivering and managing government schemes such as: Green Homes Grant, Greater London Authority ECO3 and ECO4.
She completed her studies in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management in February 2023 qualifying with the Retrofit Academy. Jacqueline is fully qualified to manage and deliver the PAS 2035:2019 retrofit standard. She has also completed the Level 3 diploma in retrofitting traditional buildings. Since qualifying she has managed various retrofit projects, with the aim of reducing energy costs and carbon emissions, whilst offering solutions, on managing moisture, thermal efficiency (type of insulation material), space heating and airtightness.
Paul Stephenson – Retrofit assessor

Paul covers our retrofit assessments in London. Paul has worked as a Domestic Energy and Retrofit Assessor since 2022. Under Alex’s mentoring and the experience acquired through multiple businesses, he has become a respected Assessor who has worked with established companies within the industry.
Tania B. Duarte – Green roof consultant

Tania helps us with green roofs, particularly the planting. She is an independent garden and planting designer specialising in urban green spaces with an interest on biodiversity and ecology. As well as helping us with the green roofs she offers planting support for designers and architects.
